-based on a true story of the "marathon-hero" Ketil Moe and handicapped Mark Wang, and their inspirators Grete Waitz, the "marathon-queen" and Her Majesty Queen Sonja of Norway:
"-the impossible is sometimes possible!"

Presentation of Thomas Stanghelle's opera-musical "Some Sunny Night", presentation of Some Sunny Night Award - for outstanding encouragement to disabled persons in sports - to Grete Waitz and Dick Traum.



Click to view pictures Thomas performed from "Some Sunny Night" together with violinists Arve Tellefsen and Alexander Rybak at "Samfunnsalen" September 7th, 18.30 in Oslo. This was the official opening of Sunnaas Foundation arranged by Sunnaas Rehabilitation Hospital. Amongst others performers were trumpet-player Ole Edvard Antonsen, Olympic Champion Bjørn Dæhlie, handicapped Mark Wang, president of Association of Sports in Norway Karl-Arne Johannesen and Einar Steensnæs from The Oslo Center for Peace and Human Rights.

Three Generations performed at the Salvation Army in Oslo April 30th.



Tuesday March 28th. Thomas Stanghelle performed from his opera-musical "Some Sunny Night" at a Chinese conference at Blindern, Oslo. Handicapped Mark Wang from China also told his story during this conference.
